Moderated chats

CHAT2EXPERT.PL is our signature platform for handling moderated chats, exclusively designed and deployed by 2BITS.

Using the platform, you can individually manage chat rooms and conversations with invited guests, and the number of rooms and interlocutors is unlimited. Depending on presets, chats may be moderated which means meaning that the guests’ questions are first received by the moderator, and only once they have been approved, they are displayed in the guest’s chat window. After a response is provided, both the question and the feedback message are rendered available to all chat participants. Depending on the authorized user settings, joining a chat may require signing up and logging on, or one is admitted after defining any chosen nick. The moderator can turn any user out or alternatively ban one’s nick and IP address at any time.

• Render access to the application to signed-up or non-signed-up users
• Load any chosen logo, title and description to be displayed in the application window; define character color and typeface as well as frame color.
• Publish the following items:
  • even agendas,
  • files to download,
  • speakers’ photographs and biographies.
• Arrange a separate panel for the guests answering questions.
• Moderator panel’s features:
  • moderate questions to speakers,
  • approve questions for on-line display,
  • define guests to provide answers.
• Manage users, including through user and IP address bans.
• Ban indecent words (define a dictionary) and reserved nicks.
• Publish conversation history on site through on-line service or export of questions and answers to a CSV file.
• Sign up users logging on the chat with information about log-on/log-out date and user IP address.
• Use moderator messaging function: post information addressed to all users directly from the moderator’s account.
• Embed the chat window on any chosen website and submit its ID for simultaneous chatting in the system.
• Full RWD and mobile device support.
• Automatically post questions and answers in social media:
