The Public Information Bulletin (BIP) is a basic tool used by public bodies for social communication purposes, namely to disseminate information in electronic form.

The solution from 2BITS has been designed in conformity with the act of 6 September 2001 on the access to public information (Journal of Laws, no. 112, item 1198), with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11 October 2005 on minimum requirements for telecom systems (Journal of Laws of 28 October 2005) as well as with the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 18 January 2007 on the Public Information Bulletin. Each BIP portal designed by 2BITS features the following components:
  • Graphical elements, including the obligatory ones,
  • Entity-specific menu, list of entities, contact details of the editorial team, instructions for using the Bulletin,
  • Search module and record of changes.
